The Marketing & PR Manager will join a high growth blockchain technology company helping the team to grow the brand. Patientory is a very exciting, well funded company in Blockchain technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day to day B2B marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for events – attending, exhibiting and hosting
  • Work closely with a PR agency to create and execute a global PR strategy, working directly with journalists as well
  • Responsible for sales collateral and enablement
  • Create and own the marketing calendar
  • Responsible for both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify lead generation campaigns
  • Have string Social Media management skills to drive marketing campaigns across social channels (Reddit, Telegram, Slack)
  • Working with the Content Manager to create compelling content

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced B2B marketer who is strategic and hands on
  • Must have experience/understanding of blockchain technology
  • Self starter who is not afraid to get hands dirty!
  • Start up experience/passion for start ups!
  • Experienced in events, PR and campaign creation!
  • Must have experience/understanding of Healthcare

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Social Media or related field.

The Director, Technology will apply advanced technologies and lead developers to help solve real-world problems. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Director of Technology will need to be a player-coach who can lead a team while being a hands-on active participant in development of healthcare blockchain solutions. This individual should be willing to take on challenges of unknown dimensions, and work closely with the business, customers, and developers. You will also need to have very strong technical skills in data sciences, artificial intelligence and machine learning with a strong business acumen, and proven leadership capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical planning, development, and systems integration on product releases from definition phase through implementation
  • Ensure the product roadmap aligns with Patientory’s overall objectives
  • Build and maintain systems in a way that ensures compliance with certification, regulatory standards, and FDA guidelines
  • Ensure teams follow best practices regarding coding standards, code reviews, and testing (including unit, integration, and system test).
  • Assess technological options and design offerings supporting scalable, high-performance, and highly available environments
  • Stay current on the emerging directions in blockchain technologies
  • Provide technical thought leadership towards solving problems for the team;
  • Drive the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve quality and reliability of team’s deliverables;
  • Recruit, inspire, and coordinate staff required for the achievement of the Company’s Big Data technology initiatives;
  • Stays abreast of emerging technology, trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge or working experience of Data Processing Algorithms and Design Patterns
  • Experience with big data platforms preferred, with Machine learning/Deep learning platform a plus
  • Ability to mobilize and lead technical teams to achieve company goals and long-term IT objectives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders to prioritize IT changes and projects.
  • Ability to oversee QA testing and the release process.
  • Capable of recommending vendor products, services, and solutions to impact cost reductions and resource maximization
  • A strong passion for getting things done, solving real problems, and learning new things
    Knowledge of FDA compliance
  • Blockchain experience
  • Self-starter who enjoys collaborating
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of new software development experience (coding and design).
  • 5+ years of experience in managing internal and external Software Developers.
  • Advanced experience in managing blockchain-based (healthcare) Projects
  • Strong understanding of architecture patterns and operational characteristics of highly available and scalable applications
  • Significant experience developing software using a modern language/framework (C#, Python, Ruby, Scala, Java, Haskell, etc.).

EDUCATION

Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred, PhD will be an advantage.

This role supports the Managing Director (MD) in his demanding daily work covering a wide range of activities as compiling business reports, strategy papers, marketing concepts etc. based on MD’s input. In addition, the candidate coordinates MD and his direct reports in respect of travels, internal and external meetings and presentations, customer visits and visits of representatives of the American Headquarter and C-Level Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the MD to plan and to execute his daily work
  • Assist with compiling business reports, strategy papers, marketing concepts and presentations
  • Assisting with the collation of market intelligence including competitors’ strategies and technical information
  • Compile and review content of the internal communication by means of Intranet, Newsletters and e-mail correspondence
  • Communicate with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Follow up on plans and action lists, enforce implementation of agreed measures
  • Support of MD to drive projects regarding quality, compliance and other initiatives of strategic importance
  • Prepare material for budget reviews, Target Agreements with partners
  • Cooperation with Business development/Channel Manager to develop the Market

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 10 years of experience as assistant to general management in a global healthcare related company

  • Experience in marketing, strategic planning or controlling
  • Effective project management skills
  • Very strong administration and organisational skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Professional oral and written English language skills
  • Very high social competencies and strong interpersonal skills to successfully move in a very international environment
  • Experience in managing social media tools
  • HR and Talent management related activities
  • Event management

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s Degree would be an advantage.
